This role is responsible for building a construction services program, overseeing delivery of roadway and bridge construction services contracts, and strengthening relationships with VDOT, transportation agencies, and local municipalities across the Commonwealth. What You'll Do

  • Lead and expand a Virginia construction services program with a long-term growth mindset
  • Oversee delivery of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for VDOT and local municipalities
  • Provide executive oversight of roadway and bridge construction projects, ensuring compliance with VDOT standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Serve as a trusted partner to VDOT and public-sector clients
  • Lead, mentor, and grow construction management and inspection staff in Virginia

What We're Looking For
