Starting wage $17 to $20 per hour based on experience.
Pay increase when you are able to deliver burial vaults independently, typically within 2 months.
Performance Review and pay increase at six months of employment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assists in production of concrete burial vaults
  • Preparation of the vault for delivery
  • Delivers completed vaults to cemetery
  • Sets vaults in cemetery using hydraulic equipment
  • Sets up tent, chairs, and prepares the general area for burial
  • Wears clean company uniform when required
  • Maintains company equipment to be clean and operable
  • Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
