--Case mix includes 60-70% ortho (both joint replacement and sports medicine), general surgery, urology, GYN, neuro (mostly back and neck, not many cranies), healthy peds, OB, plastics, cardiac (specific team does this), thoracic, and vascular
--CRNAs will be supervised
--EMR Epic
--90 days to credential, will review candidates needing license
