The Role

You will work as a senior member of the Sales/RM Learning & Enablement (L&E) team. This role is responsible for ensuring our project management practice, learning experience design and learning technology are best in class. This role will work with L&E team members to manage team capacity, reporting and dashboard design, as well as multi-media solutions delivery and learning technology infrastructure. Additionally, you will serve as the team point of contact for our learning and enablement platform, Allego. Thinking creatively and innovating across our deliverables with Allego capabilities will be a top focus of this role.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Background and experience in Learning and Development, User Experience Design, Operations, Learning Technology preferred

  • Financial services and client facing sales support experience a plus

  • Proven history of forward-thinking design, organizational effectiveness and navigating competing priorities with hard deadlines

  • A balance of strategic, technical, operational and tactical skills

  • Ability to collaborate with team and business partners with confidence and credibility and exhibit strong understanding of issues and challenges for the businesses

  • Track record of thriving in changing and challenging environments

  • Competence in effectively applying your analytical and critical thinking skills to drive insight and decision making

  • Willingness to take calculated risks, drive innovation

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days

  • FINRA 24 Required 30-60 days after the 7,63 are obtained

The Team

The Learning and Enablement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional client facing teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Our ability to anticipate business needs and build targeted solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what differentiates our team.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-186,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
