What is a vape manager?

Vape Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of vape shops or vape retail sections. Their duties typically include managing staff, inventory, customer service, compliance with local laws, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers. Vape Managers also stay updated on the latest vaping products and trends to guide both customers and staff. They play a key role in training employees, handling sales, and resolving any issues that arise in the store. What are some common challenges vape managers face in maintaining compliance with local and federal regulations?

Vape Managers often encounter challenges in keeping up with constantly evolving local and federal regulations regarding vape products, such as age verification, product labeling, and marketing restrictions.
