Now Hiring - Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily!
Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily are responsible for delivery of dedicated freight, on dry vans and flatbeds, from Menards Distribution Center to Menards stores within a 300-mile radius, and returning to the Distribution Center.

  • Paid Per Mile Plus Stops - Average first Full Year $75,000 - $80,000

Now hiring FULL TIME for:
• Local CDL A Drivers - Home Daily - 1st shift (3AM to 3PM or 4AM to 4PM)
Home Daily - 2nd shift (3PM to 3AM or 4PM to 4AM)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver drop and hook, no touch freight to store and return to the Distribution Center with backhaul trailer
• Maintain DOT compliance including pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks, compliance with logging requirements and informing the Transportation team of any issues with equipment
• Provide outstanding service to our Distribution Center and stores while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism.
• Possess the ability to maintain a consistent schedule and work positively with fellow OTR driver.
Skills & Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Class A CDL
• Proof of valid driver's license
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card)
• Excellent driving record
• Experience pulling both dry cans and flatbeds - preferred
• Desire to be part of a reliable, hardworking, and dedicated Transportation Team
