SailPoint Application Engineering Technical Lead - I
  • Provides advanced level IT technical developer services for the SailPoint application, servers, and infrastructure.
  • Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes SailPoint development, design, implementation, architecture design specification
  • Ensure quality of IT deliverables
  • Conduct end-to-end application testing
  • Identify potential solutions and approve solutions proposed by team members
  • Resolve complex issues uncovered by testers and internal clients
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on project issues and implications
  • Evaluate impacts of change requests on technologies
  • Mentor IT staff with less experience
  • Review and approve documentation and diagrams created by IT team members
  • Write documentation, including technical standards and processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous quality improvement
  • Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle
  • Work with Information Security IAM business partners to define business requirements and identify security improvements
  • Thorough understanding of IAM Security policies and procedures
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related IT field
  • 6+ years of experience.

Required Skillset:
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ product knowledge with emphasis on development and support
  • SailPoint IIQ object model
  • Core Java - development, design, and debugging skills
  • XML/JSON
  • REST API
  • SQL: write complex queries
  • Apache/Tomcat
