Seeking Team Members - Cleaning/Janitorial (Vancouver/Portland)
BERC Specialty Services

Wage Range: Starting $17.25-$17.75 DOE Up to $1.00 raise after 90 days
Working Interview (2hr) paid at min-wage
(Sliding Scale for specialty jobs)
Tier bonus pay ($5-$10 on top of base rate) for applicable jobs after 30 days
25-35 Hours per week to start!
Intro: Seeking team player’s to fill two (2) Sanitary Specialist positions. Each position is part-time (20+ hours per week), permanent, with the very high potential to turn into full time over the next few months. We are a rapidly growing Cleaning/Janitorial company servicing the greater Vancouver/Portland area. 
Company Scope: We provide a wide range of services from vacant turn cleaning to biohazard cleaning, pressure washing, hoarding assistance, trash out's, one-on-one with clients, relocation services, grounds cleanup/control and common area Janitorial deep cleaning.
Essential Duties/General Scope: This is a physical job which requires you to bend, squat, reach, stand for long periods of time. You will be also working around common household chemicals and cleaning products on a daily basis. 
Must have valid drivers license, a reliable car and ability to ride with or carpool with other team members when we work outside the Vancouver area.
Primary Functions: Duties for this position includes, but is not limited to the following:
Deep Cleaning vacant residential homes, apartments, ect
Hoarding/Trash Out Cleaning
Organizing supplies and inventory duties
Cleaning common areas in office, apartments, buildings, ect
Working in client rooms providing individual services
Working outside, grounds keeping/garbage clean up
Cleaning up animal feces
Job Conditions: Typically, we work indoors, however we are expanding our Porter (grounds) services, so you will be asked to assist with exterior property cleaning as well.
Training/Education Information: Must be able to read, write and communicate professionally in English. GED or Highschool diploma required. Cleaning, Janitorial, Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We are actively expanding our firms certifications; there will be ongoing training for our staff to expand knowledge. 
Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and most importantly a team player! Someone who can notice something that needs to be done and take initiative to complete the task without being asked. We are a tight-nit, family-oriented company, with staff who care about the company they are representing and the clients/customers they service. They would be attention to detail and open to feedback and constructive criticism, as well as gaining new personal developmental skills and additional training.
