Job description

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II for the JAX, Ava and Haven Park in Apartments in Vancouver to join our Team!
We're seeking someone with property maintenance experience who's skilled, reliable, and ready to make a difference in our communities.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.
Wage: $30-.00 to $33.00 hourly. Also offered are a monthly $100 phone, $100 auto reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliance repair. Pool experience preferred.
Duties:
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs for extended periods
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be comfortable using ladders and working at heights when necessary
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools and perform detailed maintenance tasks
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and complete physically demanding tasks as needed
