Familiarity with set protocols, call sheets, and occasionally casting platforms like Casting Workbook or online submission systems is helpful. Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability are standout soft skills, as is the ability to remain engaged and discreet during long shoots. These qualities ensure smooth productions, help maintain a positive reputation with casting teams, and increase opportunities for consistent work.
