Background actors, also known as extras, appear in non-speaking roles to help create realistic scenes, such as crowds or passersby. This job requires flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions on set. It's a great entry point for those interested in the film industry and provides opportunities to experience how productions are made while earning hourly pay.

Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability are standout soft skills, as is the ability to remain engaged and discreet during long shoots. These qualities ensure smooth productions, help maintain a positive reputation with casting teams, and increase opportunities for consistent work.

Job Description

Chiropractor | Clinic Director โ€“ Vancouver, Washington (Orchards) Chiro One Wellness Centers

This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to focus on outcome-based patient care, utilize and grow their clinical confidence, and be part of a team that's built to support.

What your days look like: You'll step into a clinic designed for flow, where your focus stays on patient care. You'll evaluate patients, review X-rays, deliver adjustments, and guide care plans that evolve with progress.

You won't be managing everything alone. Chiropractic Assistants support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, while on-site imaging allows you to assess, diagnose, and treat in real time. Between visits, you'll collaborate with your team, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient's progress.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary (80-95k, commensurate with experience) + bonus compensation (see below).
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic outcomes & growth (not per adjustment)
  • Full medical, dental, vision + PTO, holidays, life/disability insurance for you and your team, plus malpractice insurance
  • Sponsored CE, leadership training, and business development
  • Back-office support (legal, HR, IT, revenue cycle, clinical ops and more)
  • Paid training & onboarding

Why Chiro One is Different:

  • Full Patient Care Model - Evidence-based treatment models allowing you to review X-rays assess, and create care progression. Our model supports whole-patient care
  • No Buy-In or Franchise Fees - Earn like an operator, without taking on financial risk or overhead.
  • Clinical Autonomy with Support - Our doctors shape care plans and patient experience, they are not assembly-line providers. Most Clinics have 1-2 Chiropractic Assistants on site
  • World Class Training Model โ€“ DCs experience hands-on training with our skilled Physician Trainers and with Clinic Directors. Doctors are set up for success by being trained on our systems and processes.
  • Leadership & Clinic Director Track - Grow into leadership without having to purchase or franchise a clinic.
  • Mentorship & Professional Development โ€”We invest in leadership growth and ongoing clinical mastery, not just onboarding.

At Chiro One, care is built around outcomes and you're not doing it in isolation. You'll be part of a broader network of chiropractorsโ€”people you can learn from, collaborate with, and grow alongside.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited university/college of Chiropractic
  • Chiropractic License in the state of Washington or intent to obtain
