Job description

We have a new opening for a Valve/Instrumentation Technician in the Springfield, IL region. This position provides an opportunity for Traveling Field Service to client sites, working with Control Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Oil & Gas, Power and Fluid Sealing applications.

Compensation:
  • $20.00 - $30.00/hour to start.
  • Comprehensive Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance)
  • 401K Plan, Paid Time Off
Shift/Schedule:
  • 7:00am Start (8-10/hour days depending on service)
  • Monday to Friday, OT potential
  • Overnight Travel to be expected
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years Control Valve, Instrumentation, Valve Actuation experience
  • Ability to repair, install independently, educate customers and service software
  • Efficient with steam traps, gas analyzers, temperature/pressure flow systems
  • Valid Drivers License, selected candidates will be subject to pre-employment checks/screening
