Client Service Specialist
Willamette Valley Bank is seeking a personable and welcoming Client Service Specialist who enjoys building relationships with customers, community members, and fellow staff. As the face of Willamette Valley Bank, you'll greet visitors warmly, assist with routine banking transactions, and help connect customers with financial solutions that support their goals.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
  • Providing friendly, professional assistance to customers and prospects both in person and over the phone
  • Handling everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and wire transfers with accuracy and care
  • Responding to basic account inquiries and helping customers navigate their banking needs
  • Working collaboratively with team members to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
  • Demonstrating commitment to customer and bank success by following safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention practices
  • Identifying opportunities to connect customers with products and services that support their financial goals
  • Managing cash and performing transactions with attention to detail, while following established procedures and compliance standards
