What is a validation lab technician?

Validation Lab Technicians are professionals responsible for testing, calibrating, and verifying laboratory equipment, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. They play a key role in quality assurance by running experiments, collecting data, and documenting results to confirm that lab systems function correctly and consistently. Validation Lab Technicians often work in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and manufacturing, supporting product safety and quality.
