Job Description
A Look Into Working in the Front Office
As a multi-functional member of the Front Office team, you will serve as a first and lasting impression for guests-providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You'll take on a variety of responsibilities including valet, shuttle driving, luggage assistance, and service coordination, all while upholding Radisson and GHG standards of excellence.
$300 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment!
Pay rate is based on experience with performance-based raises, $13 + Tips.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart; assist with luggage and open doors
  • Escort guests to rooms, outlets, or vehicles and ensure they feel welcomed and supported
  • Deliver packages, luggage, amenities, and bell carts to rooms with attention to detail and care
  • Build positive, professional relationships with guests and respond to requests promptly
  • Safely operate the company shuttle for guest transportation; maintain shuttle cleanliness and accurate driving logs
  • Valet park guest vehicles following all safety procedures, applicable laws, and company standards
  • Coordinate timely pick-ups and drop-offs, navigating multiple requests under changing conditions
  • Maintain a clean driving record and strong situational awareness while on the road
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email to coordinate guest services
  • Stay knowledgeable about all hotel outlets, events, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with front office and concierge teams to ensure seamless service across departments
  • Continuously find ways to improve guest experiences and operational flow
  • Respond to concerns and complaints with empathy while maintaining adherence to policy
  • Support daily operations in all areas of the front office as needed; flex between roles with ease
  • Maintain strong time management and uphold organizational standards
  • Perform duties with integrity, positivity, and a guest-first mindset
  • Practice good stewardship of company resources, time, and equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

What You Need for this Position
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must be able to provide clean DMV driving record for consideration
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to be able to load and unload luggage
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
  • Able to stoop and bend
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
