What You'll Do
Responsibilities vary based on the position, but may include:
  • Support the sales team with paperwork, follow-up, and administrative tasks
  • Stage and deliver vehicles to customers
  • Photograph dealership inventory for online listings
  • Greet and assist customers in the service drive
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations (Lube Technician)
  • Transport customers and vehicles between locations
  • Move, stage, and prepare vehicles for service, delivery, and photography
  • Detail vehicles and maintain lot appearance
  • Answer phones and greet walk-in guests
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member

Qualifications
Required
