Job Title: Ski Technician - Rental Delivery
Location: South Lake Tahoe, CA
Terms: Winter Seasonal, full-time roles available. This job is slated to start on the week of December 5th, 2026.
Pay: $18/hour base wage, plus generous tips
Requirements
Expect weekend and holiday work. Daily operations broken into morning and evening shifts. No previous experience required!

Ski Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, completing on-mountain support service and picking up gear at the end of their rental period. Primary Responsibilities
  • Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
  • Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
  • Delivering rental equipment to guests' accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
  • On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
  • Picking Up equipment from guests' accommodation at the end of their rental period. Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
  • Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
  • KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
  • KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
  • KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
  • Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles.
  • Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
  • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
