Wage: $18-25 per hour (Part time, seasonal)
Golden Swan Management, a reputable, local vacation rental company is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help prepare homes between guest stays. As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in upkeeping high cleanliness standards after each guest stay, ensuring that our vacation rentals are in pristine condition for the next guests. Our goal is hotel-level cleanliness with a personal touch. This is currently a part time, seasonal position from approximately May - October.
You are a positive and resourceful person with a wide range of practical abilities and a proactive attitude
towards problem-solving. Your strengths include excellent time management, dependability, a strong
commitment to cleanliness, effective communication skills, and basic tech skills. You thrive in an environment
where each day brings new challenges, and you are trusted to make logical decisions on the spot.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform at least one or more full turnover cleanings between guest check-out and check-in
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental property according to established standards and checklists.
  • Ensure that all surfaces, appliances, furniture, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Making beds, taking out the trash, staging, and tidying up outdoor spaces
  • Restock necessary supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to address any concerns or special requests.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation to travel between vacation rental properties.
  • Valid driver's license for transportation needs.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members, and the occasional guest.
  • Must have a smartphone for communication, reporting, and company checklists.
  • Ability to follow checklists and adhere to established cleaning procedures.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assigned tasks.
  • Cleaning experience required.
