In this fast-paced role, you'll travel between beautiful vacation homes, ensuring each property is fully guest-ready and meets our high standards. From checking the small details to identifying maintenance needs, you'll be the final set of eyes before guests arrive.

Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Inspect vacation rental properties to ensure quality, cleanliness, and company standards are met
  • Check essential items like remotes, appliances, drawers, faucets, and more to confirm everything is working properly
  • Verify homes are fully stocked with all items promised to guests
  • Perform minor maintenance fixes when needed
  • Report larger maintenance issues to the appropriate teams
  • Prepare and stage homes for guest and owner arrivals
  • Manage and restock property inventory
  • Deliver items to guests when needed
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory (this is not a desk job!)
  • What We're Looking For
  • Detail-oriented and dependable with a "nothing gets missed" mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve on the go
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Schedule
