Position Summary

Escape to Blue Ridge is seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery & Production Specialist to support our linen operations team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, completing tasks efficiently, and ensuring everything is in place for a seamless guest experience.

In this position, you will deliver clean linens to vacation homes, retrieve used linens for processing, and assist with organizing and preparing linen inventory for upcoming arrivals. You'll spend part of your day driving between properties and part of your day working within our facility to support linen production and inventory needs.

Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your efforts will play a key role in ensuring every property is fully stocked and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock housekeeping carts

  • Load vans with linen bags and deliver them to vacation homes

  • Deliver clean linens and retrieve soiled linens from properties

  • Transport linens back to the facility for processing

  • Sort dirty linens for cleaning

  • Build and prepare linen bags for the House Manager team

  • Fold linens and maintain quality standards

  • Wrap linens and stock shelves

  • Refill housekeeping totes and supplies

  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

  • Follow company safety and cleanliness standards

Required Qualifications
  • Clean driving record for the past five years

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly

  • Ability to operate a commercial-sized van safely

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, and climb throughout the workday

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
