Job Description Summary

Blue Tent is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Associate (With a focus in PPC) to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for our clients in the vacation rental industry. This role will have a portfolio of vacation rental manager clients (approximately 30-45 clients). The Associate is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising (PPC) accounts. This position is primarily focused on Paid Search Ads within the Google and Microsoft Ads platforms. This position consists of 30% budget allocation, client communication, and reporting, and 70% strategy, data analysis, implementation, and optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage a variety of Google and Microsoft PPC accounts for ecommerce clients in the vacation rental vertical
  • Maintain client relationships and implement digital advertising strategies using best practices and Blue Tent’s advertising approach
  • Ability to seamlessly manage multiple accounts and competing priorities, while paying attention to improving ROI and customer satisfaction
  • Provide budget recommendations based on seasonality, search impression share, and client goals
  • Analyze historical data and optimize for online revenue and maximizing conversions
  • Provide monthly client report including an analysis of the data and recommendations, and participate in monthly calls with various clients to communicate results and strategy ideas
  • Collaborate with team members on multi-channel marketing initiatives, with an understanding of how paid search fits into the digital marketing ecosystem
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years at a digital agency in a client facing Digital Advertising Specialist /PPC role
  • Experience setting up and managing campaigns end to end in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads is required
  • Strong understanding of paid search advertising and its value as part of a client’s digital marketing mix
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data in Google Analytics 4
  • Have an aptitude for data analysis and problem solving
  • Looker (formerly Google Data Studio) Reporting experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate via email, phone, and video chat effectively and confidently with clients
  • Ability to multi-task with ease and handle competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
  • A passion for digital marketing and the desire to help small ecommerce businesses in the vacation rental industry succeed
