WHAT YOU'LL DO
โ€ข Partner with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on strategic projects and company initiatives.
โ€ข Turn rough ideas, conversations, and outlines into organized, polished deliverables.
โ€ข Build presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
โ€ข Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and business performance data.
โ€ข Track and maintain client KPIs and present them on weekly calls.
โ€ข Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft, refine, and speed up work across departments
โ€ข Spot inefficiencies and build reusable templates, systems, and workflows.
โ€ข Manage timelines, revisions, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
