What will you be doing as a Vacation Sales Ambassador Team Member?
• Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
• Develop positive relationships with customers and team members
• Set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success
• Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
• Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
What experience are we looking for in team members?
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Enthusiastic and can-do personality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated success in commission-based sales across sectors such as luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors.
  • Engage with potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages.
  • Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Successfully implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange effective strategies and foster collective achievements.
