Job description

Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven professionals to join our growing sales team as Vacation Sales Representatives. In this role, you will connect with prospective travelers, understand their vacation goals, and present customized vacation packages that create unforgettable experiences. No real estate license is required. This position focuses on selling vacation packages not timeshare making it an excellent opportunity for sales professionals looking to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads to promote and sell vacation packages and resort stays.
  • Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored travel solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our vacation offerings.
  • Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, destinations, and company offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred (hospitality, travel, automotive, retail, or commission-based sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
