Vacant coaching is a specialized service provided to real estate agents, homeowners, or property managers to help market and sell vacant homes more effectively. A vacant coach advises on how to stage, decorate, and present empty properties so they appear more inviting and appealing to potential buyers. This can include recommendations on furniture rentals, décor, lighting, and repairs, as well as providing tips to maximize the home's perceived value. The goal is to minimize the time a home spends on the market and help it sell for the best possible price.
