Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support operational initiatives in Beaverton, Oregon. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can guide projects from kickoff through closeout while balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned on priorities and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Direct assigned projects from the initial contract stage through final completion, ensuring each phase stays on track and aligned with business objectives.
• Build structured project roadmaps that define scope, milestones, resources, and timelines while supporting successful execution within approved budgets.
• Lead cross-functional team members, including coordinators and support staff, by assigning work, clarifying priorities, and maintaining accountability for results.
• Provide consistent updates to clients and internal partners on project status, key risks, schedule changes, and next steps.
• Maintain organized records of plans, decisions, progress, and outcomes so that project documentation remains accurate and accessible.
• Identify issues early by meeting with team members regularly, then drive practical solutions to keep delivery moving forward.
• Partner closely with operations, vendors, sales, production, leadership, and customers to strengthen communication and ensure smooth coordination.
• Track financial performance throughout the project lifecycle, including budget adherence and overall profit and loss impact.
• Encourage a collaborative team environment that supports problem-solving, responsiveness, and positive working relationships across stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a closely related field.
• Proven project management experience in a relevant setting; this role requires established capability rather than entry-level exposure.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities at once with strong organization and close attention to detail.
