UI/UX Intelligent Experience Designer
Description -
Position Summary
The UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the intelligent experiences delivered through our AI-powered internal digital products. This individual will combine design thinking, user research, and interface design expertise to create applications that are not only functional but also intuitive, accessible, and engaging for diverse personas (partners, sales, operations).
The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of design, AI, and technology-able to translate complex capabilities into simple, elegant user journeys that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centered Design
  • Lead the creation of user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for AI-powered applications.
  • Translate persona needs (sales, operations, customer, partner) into intuitive interfaces and interactions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions.

Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Managers to align designs with business goals and feature roadmaps.
  • Work closely with AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists to design experiences that integrate AI insights responsibly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of design specifications.

Strategic Design Leadership
  • Champion design thinking and human-centered design principles across the digital product lifecycle.
  • Advocate for responsible AI design (transparency, explainability, accessibility).
  • Contribute to the development of a design system and style guide for digital products.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex applications, data-driven products, or AI-enabled experiences.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to translate technical AI/ML capabilities into human-friendly interfaces.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
