UI/UX DesignerWe are seeking a data-driven UI/UX Designer skilled in B2B software design. Utilizing your passion for UI/UX, you will work in close collaboration with our UX & Design team, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and our Customers to elevate the design and user experience of our products.

What you'll be doing:

Possess a fundamental understanding of information hierarchy and have the ability to clearly express through designEngage with stakeholders to understand customer needs related to business analytics and reporting, and translate requirements into captivating designs and effective interfacesPartner closely with product managers to define hypotheses, create user stories, and identify KPIs that help us ensure we're solving the right problems in the right wayConduct user research and usability testing, quickly iterating and pivoting when needed, to intelligently influence design decisions and prioritiesContribute to end-to-end conceptualization, testing, and design of clear and impactful visualizations that turn data and facts into an easily digestible dashboard for customersCreate wireframes and prototypes based on business requirements and in accordance with best practices and style guideSkills we're seeking:2+ years of experience with UI/UX DesignExperience in prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc. Experience with WordpressMust be a U.S. CitizenNice to haves: Hand-coding experience with HTML5 and CSS3Experience with data visualizationExperience interfacing with government clients
