Position Announcement
The Barbara Barrington Jones Family Foundation Wee Care Center is part of the Women's Success Center at Utah Valley University. We are dedicated to helping parent-students succeed by providing high-quality, on-campus childcare.
Summary of Responsibilities
Utah Valley University is seeking exceptional individuals who want to help the Center's operations through providing general office support such as answering phones, computer work, data entry, addressing concerns and questions of student parents, assisting with drop-off and pick-up of children, assisting in kitchen, and other duties as needed by the Wee Care Center.
Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
  • Must be a current UVU student.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Pass criminal background check through Utah Department of Health.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Strong computer skills and capability to learn new programs and platforms.
  • Skillsets in customer service, communication, and dependability.
  • Ability to solve problems, follow directions, and work independently.
  • Ability to interact professionally face to face, over the phone, and via email
