Role Description The Civil/Utilities Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ashland, WI, responsible for managing excavation, sitework, and underground utility projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, supervising field crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
