Job description

We are seeking a Foreman to join our team!


We are a small civil construction company that works in and around the Baton Rouge area. We are currently seeking a working foreman.


Skill requirements include but not limited to, reading plans, specs, installation of underground pipe, shooting grade, operating equipment, managing your crew, daily reports.


Our work primarily consists of earth work and storm drainage installation for commercial, public & industrial projects. Our work area is a 1 hour range of Baton Rouge and once in a while we work outside of that range. Work hours are scheduled for 45/week and pay is either salary or hourly whichever you prefer. Weather days made up on weekends.


Pay for this position is directly based on your experience level and capabilities but is at a minimum of 85k/yr.
