Job description

You will be the Energy Manager - Level 4 for the Energy & Sustainability team which is responsible for developing and executing the strategic energy plan for the Marietta site.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Energy Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading energyconservation projects, overseeing utility management, and integrating sustainability initiatives with facilities, plant engineering, and ESH teams.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop and maintain a sitewide energystrategic plan, identifying projects, utilities, and resourceconservation opportunities.

  • Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules; coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to ensure designs meet codes and LM Aero quality standards.

  • Oversee construction and installation inspections, verify conformance to drawings and specifications, and certify project completion.

  • Implement postproject monitoring programs to measure energy savings and feed results into continuousimprovement cycles.

  • Administer utility billing, track consumption metrics, and partner with ESH to support corporate "gogreen" goals.
