Business Account Specialist II | Providence, Rhode Island, United States Business Account Specialist II - Hybrid (Johnston, RI) About the Role Join a dynamic team as a Business Account Specialist II, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking electric service solutions. Based in a collaborative, hybrid environment at our Johnston, RI office, you will drive service excellence, manage complex customer requests, and support critical operations in the energy sector. This contract position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and robust career development in customer fulfillment and utility services.
