Job description

Job Posting Saint Michael (Pop. 22,000) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Utility Supervisor. This position supervises and coordinates all functions of the city sewer collection system (lift stations, wastewater collection, storm sewer, and other public works/utility activities).

Minimum requirements are a high school diploma, good driving record, Class S-D or higher collection system sewer operator certificate from the MPCA, and five years of experience with utility operations, with two years of supervisory experience desired. Commercial driver's license with air brake and lift station maintenance experience is also required. The position pay range is $41.02/hour to $50.03/hour (2026 Range), with the actual starting wage dependent on qualifications
