Job Description
Le Bonheur Children's Hospital and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) are seeking a full-time Non-tenure track Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Successful candidates must be board certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology with an MD or equivalent.
Responsibilities
• Direct patient care
• Teaching and supervision of nurse anesthetists and residents
• Opportunities for clinical and basic science research
This position will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: M.D., D.O. or equivalent degree required. Completion of an accredited residency required; ABPN board certification or board eligibility required.
LICENSES: Unrestricted Tennessee medical license at the time of appointment. Current DEA certification number, Eligible for malpractice insurance, Relocation is not required, however, the work is on-site.
