Job description

We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road dry van position hauling mostly USPS Government Mail across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
Pay Structure:
  • Solo drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate for up to 3,000 miles, with $0.60 CPM paid on every mile over. 
  • Team drivers earn a $1,800 flat rate covering up to 5,500 miles, plus $0.70 CPM for additional miles. 
  • No matter the mileage for the week, the $1,800 flat rate is guaranteed.
  • Most solo drivers average 3,000–3,200 miles per week, while teams typically run 5,000–6,000 miles.

The pay week runs Monday through Sunday, with payday on Friday. This is a 1099 position, with no escrow, and bonuses are paid for clean inspections.
Drivers operate 2022 and newer Freightliner and Volvo trucks, governed at 70 MPH and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and inverter.
Home Time: Drivers stay out a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by 7 full days at home.
Requirements: 
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
