Job description

We are looking for someone clean cut that has computer experience so they can ship eCommerce and web orders. There is some, not a lot, of lifting of the products involved, the person should not be a "light." 

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship eCommerce orders with accuracy and care.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with Management and Supervising team to ensure timely order processing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with the above duties
  • Experience with shipping consumer goods B2B/B2C, D2C, national retailers, ecommerce retailers and ecommerce customers in a warehouse and/or 3PL environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a must
  • Positive attitude & team player mentality
  • Able to work under regular daily pressures and meet deadlines
