WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER


  • Managed all day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced pick, pack, kitting, and distribution environment, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Maintained e-commerce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for 30+ e-commerce stores.
  • Supervised and led a team of up to 10 warehouse associates, providing training, scheduling, performance coaching, and daily operational direction to maximize productivity and safety.
  • Scheduled kitting and packaging projects for multiple clients while coordinating priorities and communicating project updates with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilized WMS, shipping platforms, and inventory management systems to oversee inventory control, order processing, shipping, and receiving activities.
  • Reviewed pick orders, maintained inventory accuracy, prepared and packaged products for shipment, and coordinated the timely consolidation of domestic and international shipments.
  • Worked with freight forwarders and carriers to manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Monitored and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs), including fulfillment accuracy, turnaround time, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance to drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Identified process inefficiencies and implemented workflow improvements, warehouse layout enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operating expenses.
  • Collaborated with senior leadership to scale warehouse operations, support new client onboarding, and improve overall operational performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience in complex fulfillment environments.
  • Extensive experience with kitting, returns and exchanges, quality control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
  • Experience managing thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce accounts.
  • Strong inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations experience.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, shipping software, and e-commerce fulfillment platforms.
  • 5S Certification preferred.
