General Responsibilities: Daily mail sorting, delivery, and pick up.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Pickup, deliver, and sort all assigned mail items.
  • Sort and process unmetered mail as necessary.
  • Operate postage machine/tracking devices accurately.
  • Perform quality checks on finished mail before release to USPS/Courier.
  • Efficiently process all mail in an effort to meet all cut-off times.
  • Keeps work area neat and clean.
  • Report quality problems to the mailroom supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read.
  • Ability to perform basic sorting functions.
  • Good knowledge of standard mail functions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma preferred; CORE accepted.
