SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Mailroom/Warehouse Associate to join our growing Fulfillment Team. The detail and results-oriented individual must take a hands-on approach and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently and requires significant multi-tasking abilities.
The position is based in Sterling, NJ and will work on-site.
This will be a full-time 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm EST Monday - Friday.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
  • Works independently within a small mailroom/shipping environment, while also supporting other departments at our nearby headquarters.
  • Primary function to support assigned clients through the distribution and delivery of coupons, retrieval kits, and refund checks.
  • Receives incoming shipments: unloading trucks; logging deliveries; sorting and stocking inventory.
  • Packages and processes outgoing items via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., to meet client and vendor deadlines, weighing and affixing appropriate postage, and logging outgoing items as required and review for accuracy/completeness.
  • Ensures materials are not damaged during handling or storage and maintains stock in accurate locations for all inventory items.
  • Tracks maintenance and upkeep of all supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment for yourself and others.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, well organized, and safe working environment.
  • Communicates priorities effectively with fulfillment team.
  • Adjust and prioritize time/workflow based on daily workload.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A highly organized person who can monitor several projects at once and who can prioritize their workload.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other computer applications on desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal).
  • Ability to lift cases that can weigh up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Ability to multitask and to quickly adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
