Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood Group business, located in Carmel, Indiana is looking for an organized and detail orientedAdministrative Assistant to support our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers via phone
  • Assisting customers with account questions, updates, and transferring them to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining and stocking office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies while ensuring a clean and organized office environment
  • Combining and organizing files within Adobe Acrobat
  • Managing and updating the company's shared calendar
  • Handling shipments through FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Providing assistance to all departments and personnel with projects and various administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • Problem-solving and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations efficiently
