Job description

Best Driver Solutions (BDS) is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a temp-to-hire opportunity based in Memphis, TN.
Job Details:
Drivers will run regional routes with overnight travel, typically departing one day, taking their required 10-hour sleeper berth break, and returning the following day. This position offers the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries.
• Regional out-and-back routes throughout TN, AR, LA, OK, MO, and IL
• Drivers take their 10-hour break in the sleeper berth before returning
• USPS freight may require unloading pallets
• Non-USPS freight is no-touch
Schedule:
• 5-6 days per week
• Start times between 10 PM - 3 AM
• Flexible schedule required
Pay:
• USPS Runs: $34.48/hr (No OT)
• Non-USPS Runs: $0.58 per mile
• Average $1,400/week
• Top earners up to $1,800/week
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 2 years of recent verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
• Must have clean and safe driving record.
• No more than 2 moving vioaltions in the last 3 years.
• No SAP
• Must have clean background check results
• Automatic restriction accepted
