This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a UI/UX Designer in Atlanta, GA or Peachtree City, GA with Signify.

Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify and a global leader in professional lighting, is building the next generation of connected and digital lighting experiences.

In this role, you'll help shape intuitive, human-centered digital experiences across connected systems, applications, and services-bridging user needs, business goals, and technology through thoughtful design.

What you'll do

  • Design intuitive, end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools that serve enterprise and field users

  • Translate user research, product strategy, and business requirements into elegant workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences

  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and experience consistency across digital touchpoints

  • Support Signify's purpose-driven mission by creating experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline from an accredited institution

  • Experience designing user experiences for web-based and/or enterprise applications

  • Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar prototyping tools)

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards

  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams and clearly communicate design decisions

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating UX process and outcomes are strongly preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Below or up to $75910 - $101,210 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
