Job Description
Leap Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing, Growth & Operations Associate to join our team and work directly with our Managing Partner and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute across marketing, client-facing operations, and strategic growth initiatives.
You'll help shape how Leap shows up externally - through brand content and lead generation - while also playing a key internal role in supporting leadership, coordinating projects, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
  • Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and our website.
  • Assist with lead generation campaigns and strategic outreach to prospective clients.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategy.
  • Analyze content performance and make recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain website content and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Leadership & Strategic Support
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Managing Partner, helping organize and prioritize key initiatives.
