Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish, with the ability to accurately schedule project timelines, read plans/blueprints, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans
  • Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and project timelines
  • Analyzing and resolving project issues
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
  • Utilizing construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)

Qualifications:
