Job SummaryAs an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability. This role requires strong knowledge of AEM development practices, with a preference for candidates who have 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services.Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements in an Agile environment

  • Customize and extend AEM functionality, AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices

  • Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods

  • Configure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing.

  • Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions

  • Provide technical support, deployment, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders

  • Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of AEM development experience, including custom component development and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. They are familiar with front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Angular, and React, and understand how to integrate these with AEM and external systems like .NET RESTful APIs and third-party platforms. They possess solid knowledge of AEM administration, Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable them to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Salary Range:$130,000-145,000

Location: Hybrid in either Phoenix, AZ, Fairfield, IA, or Des Moines, IA
