The opportunity

The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team is looking for a Staff UX Content Strategist to join our team, supporting Frame.io. We use our expertise in language and communication to shape experiences across Adobe's products and services. Our work ranges from content design and in-product, UX writing to developing standards and guidelines for our design system, and more.

Important note: This is not a content marketing or advertising copywriting role.

What you'll do

As part of the ADCS team, you'll be the lead UX content strategist for Frame.io, where you'll:

  • Define and drive the content strategy vision for Frame.io's product experience, from onboarding to advanced workflows.

  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and design leads to create cohesive, user-centered experiences.

  • Craft clear, purposeful, and on-brand in-product content that supports Frame.io.

  • Lead UX content strategy for major product initiatives, owning end-to-end content execution across surfaces and platforms.

  • Develop and scale content frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and reusable patterns specific to Frame.io, ensuring they align with and complement Adobe's broader design and content system, Spectrum.

  • Identify and lead high-impact opportunities to evolve product language, taxonomy, and information architecture.

  • Mentor designers and cross-functional teammates on best practices in UX writing, content design, and systems thinking.

  • Collaborate with the broader Adobe Design org to ensure consistency across Adobe Creative Cloud experiences.

  • Use research and data to validate content decisions and advocate for user needs and clarity.

  • Establish and lead content workflows and processes across the Frame.io design and product teams, ensuring a consistent, content-first approach that delivers high-quality, reliable outcomes.

What you need to succeed
  • 7+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or UX content strategy within a product design environment.

  • Mastery of content strategy and design practices, including expertise in naming and messaging.

  • A strong portfolio of work that showcases strategic thinking skills, high attention to craft, and a clear design point of view in your work.

  • Strong storytelling skills to communicate complex visions and influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop and test a range of content and design solutions across different styles and contexts.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work peer-to-peer with senior leaders across functions.

  • Passion for user advocacy and a commitment to elevating design quality and consistency.

  • Experience developing taxonomies and information architectures that support intuitive navigation, content discovery, and scalable design systems.

  • Experience with Figma and other collaborative design tools.

Nice to have, but not required

  • Experience working with digital/media asset management systems

  • Systems and standards development

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $274,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300 In New York, the pay range for this position is $189,400 - $274,300 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $181,100 - $262,250

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
