Job Description
The role:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Marketing Manager to join our award-winning Digital Experience team which consists of Digital Marketers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Web Producers. This role will directly influence our digital ecosystem, and the outcomes that we deliver for our clients and the business. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive client awareness, engagement and acquisition. They will leverage customer insights to deliver useful and personalized client experiences that result in increased consideration, engagement, usage, loyalty and advocacy of across all client segments. We are looking for a hands-on, highly engaged, self-motivated individual to work across departments and deliver digital products that positively impact on the bottom line.
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital initiatives aligned to strategic business units and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Champion innovation by identifying and applying emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
  • Leverage deep expertise in the CMS platform and MarTech stack to build digital experiences that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention across client segments.
  • Use customer insights and data to create personalized digital experiences that strengthen consideration, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, UX/UI, editorial, content, enablement, and web production teams to deliver cohesive digital initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead optimization efforts, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continuously improve digital effectiveness while acting as a thought leader within the Digital Experience team.

Requirements of the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product management; experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites, mobile, social, search, marketing automation, and CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager a plus).
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable digital strategies, including personalization and site optimization (A/B and multivariate testing).
  • Highly analytical, with hands-on experience using analytics and MarTech platforms (e.g., Google or Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI, product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver client-centric digital experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills, including the ability to operate effectively with global and remote teams.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, collaborative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and continuous innovation.
