Job description

Position: UAT Tester

Address: Wilmington DE

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Mon, Tues are remote

Duration: 12 Months

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm


This role is primarily back-end validation:

• Execute business scenarios in a UAT environment

• Understand business requirements and intent

• Create/refine test approach and test plan

• Document test case execution, results, defects (detailed)

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions and provide testing status

• Maintain testing artifacts properly

• Reconcile results across tests/groups

• Support process improvements and testing readiness milestones with UAT Lead/Manager


Important: No UI validation focus.

• Advanced SQL (complex queries)

• UAT testing (test cases + execution + defect documentation)
