We are currently searching for Pre Owned Sales Associates who have a high level of integrity, are hardworking and motivated to join our team.

Position Summary

Position: Car Sales Associate (Used)

Classification: Full Time; Exempt (Commission Base)

Reports To: General Manager

Work Location: In person; 16785 I-45, The Woodlands, TX 77385


Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable of Kia products, services, and inventory
  • Utilize marketing tools and networking to build customer base
  • Determine each customer's needs by utilizing the Customer Needs Analysis Process
  • Select, Present and Demonstrate vehicles per the Vehicle Selection Presentation and Demonstration Process
  • Seek Customer Agreement to purchase/lease a vehicle per the Customer Agreement Process
  • Encourage repeat and referral business as well as customer satisfaction by utilizing our client Relation Management (CRM) tool
  • Deliver new vehicles per the established Vehicle Delivery Process
  • Introducing and educating the buyer to the Dealership Service and Parts Department to ensure they continue to return with all their service needs
  • Clearly understand and communicate vehicle equity, values, and trade in options to customers
  • Understand all applicable Federal, State and Local law governing the sales or lease of a vehicle
  • Attend all Sales Meetings
  • Other Duties May be assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills required to maintain CRM
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team.


Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:

  • Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable based on driving record.
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
