  • Drive strong gross and volume through disciplined desking and sales processes
  • Maintain high standards for customer service and the Hyundai guest experience
  • Monitor CRM activity, lead management and follow-up quality
  • Coach and develop sales staff through daily feedback, accountability and encouragement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to execute store initiatives and achieve targets
  • Create a positive, competitive and team-focused sales culture

Who You Are

  • High-energy and positive: You set the tone and bring consistency to the floor
  • Authentic: You genuinely care about your team and your customers
  • Operationally sharp: You understand deal structure, finance flow and desking fundamentals
  • Performance-driven: You know how to balance volume, gross and customer satisfaction
  • Team-first: You succeed by helping others perform at their best
  • Strong communicator: You are clear, confident and approachable with staff, leaders and guests
  • Growth-oriented: You welcome coaching and continue looking for ways to improve

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum two years of automotive sales management experience
  • Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle deal structures
  • Experience with CRM systems, lead management and sales reporting
  • Proven success achieving sales, gross and customer satisfaction targets
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and hold a sales team accountable
  • A passion for people, performance and doing business the right way
