RWC Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Used Truck Sales Manager to lead our used truck sales operation. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maximizing inventory profitability, developing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. If you have a strong background in commercial truck sales, inventory management, and team leadership, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of the used truck sales department to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Manage acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and merchandising of used truck inventory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop used truck sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers, owner-operators, and key accounts.
  • Monitor inventory aging and implement strategies to improve inventory turns.
  • Partner with New Truck Sales, Leasing, Service, Parts, and Finance teams to maximize customer solutions and profitability.
  • Review and approve sales transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of commercial truck sales experience.
  • Previous sales management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of used truck valuation, acquisition, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (this position is safety-sensitive)
